  • About the Course :

    This course includes topics on the basic principles of electricity: the meaning of electrical charges, their interaction with each other, and their effect on the surrounding space through their electric field, the electric potential resulting from the electric field, and the electrical energy stored in capacitors, introducing the concept of direct current and electrical energy consumption.




  • You Will Learn :

    Electric charges, forces, and fields (electric charge, insulators and conductors, coulomb’s law, the electric field, electric field lines). electric flux and gauss’s law (electric flux, gauss’s law, conductors in electrostatic equilibrium). Electric potential (electric potential energy and the electric potential, electric field and the rate of change of electric potential, the electric potential of point charges). Capacitors and dielectrics (capacitors and dielectrics, parallel-plate capacitor, dielectrics, electrical energy storage). Electric current and direct current circuits (electric current, resistance and ohms law, energy and power in electric circuits, resistors in series and parallel, Kirchhoff’s law). circuits containing capacitors (capacitors in parallel, capacitors in series, RC circuits). Magnetism (the magnetic field, the magnetic force on moving charges, the motion of charged particles in a magnetic field, the magnetic force exerted on a current-carrying wire, loops of current and magnetic torque, electric currents, magnetic fields, and amperes law, current loops and solenoids).
