  • About the Course :

    It is an introductory course in statistics intended for students in a wide variety of areas of study. Topics discussed include displaying and describing data, the normal curve, regression, probability, statistical inference, confidence intervals, and hypothesis tests with applications in the real world. Students also have the opportunity to analyze data sets.



  • You Will Learn :

    Descriptive and inferential Statistics, Variables-Type of Data Collection and Sampling Techniques, Graphical Representation, State the Various Measures of Central Tendency( Mean, Median, Mode), Measures of Variability, Regression Equation and Pearson and Spearman, Basic Probability Concepts, Techniques of Counting for The Calculation of Probabilities, To Compute Probabilities from The Binomial Distributions, Hypergeometric Distributions, Poisson Distribution, To Define and Reproduce Some Special Probability Distributions, The Coefficient of Correlation, Probability Mass Functions, The Expected Value and The Variance for Discrete Random Variables, Continuous Random Variable Distribution, The Normal Distribution.
