About the Course
:
This course is an introduction to integral calculus. It develops the concept of the integral and its applications. Topics include: hyperbolic functions, indeterminate forms and L’Hospital’s rule, integrals, applications of integration, and techniques of integration.

Antiderivatives, The Definite Integral, The Fundamental Theorem of Calculus, Indefinite Integrals and the Substitution Method, Summations, Reiman Sum, The Substitution Method of Integrals, Definite Integral, Integration by Substitutions, Area Between Curves, Volumes Using Cross-Sections, Volumes Using Cylindrical Shells, Arc Length, Areas of Surfaces of Revolution, Indeterminate Forms and L’Hôpital’s Rule, Integrals Involving Trigonometric Functions, Using Basic Integration Formulas, Integration by Parts, Integration by Partial Fractions, Trigonometric Integrals Methods, Trigonometric Substitutions, Hyperbolic Functions, Integration of Hyperbolic Functions, Integral Tables and Computer Algebra Systems, Improper Integrals, Arc Length, Surface Area, and Polar Coordinates.
