About the Course
:
It is an introductory course in statistics intended for students in a wide variety of areas of study. Topics discussed include displaying and describing data, the normal curve, regression, probability, statistical inference, confidence intervals, and hypothesis tests with applications in the real world. Students also have the opportunity to analyze data sets.

Variables and Types of Data, Data Collection and Sampling Techniques, Organizing Data Categorical Frequency Distributions Grouped Frequency Distributions, Box Blot, Stem and Leaves Diagrams, The Mean, Median and Mode and Weighted Mean, Range, Variance and Standard Deviation, Coefficient of Variation, Pearson and Superman Regression, Linear Regression Models, Least Square and Fitted Model, Sample Spaces and Probability, Counting Rules, Probability and Counting Rules, The Addition Rules for Probability, The Multiplication Rules and Conditional Probability, Desecrate and Continuous Random Variables Distributions, Probability Distributions and Bernoulli Trails, The Binomial Distribution, Poison Distribution, Finding Areas Under the Standard Normal Distribution Curve, Type One Testing Hypothesis, Central Limit Theorem, Estimation of Mean and Proportion, Sampling Statistics as Estimation of Mean.
