    Course Description: This is an introductory course in statistics aimed at students from a wide range of disciplines. Topics covered include the representation and description of data, the normal curve, regression, probability, statistical inference, confidence intervals, and hypothesis testing with real-world applications. Students also have the opportunity to analyze data sets.

    Definition and General View of Statistics and Organization and Presentation of Statistical Data, Frequency Distributions, Statistics Graphs and Representing Frequency Tables, Measures of Central Tendency, The Range and Variance and The Standard Deviation, Coefficient of Variation, Correlations (Person, Spearman), Sample Space and Events, Sets and Operations on Sets, Counting Techniques, Fundamental Basics of Probability, Addition Rule, Multiplication Rule, Definition of The Probability and Its Applications, Conditional Probability, Independence of Events and Bayes Theorem and Its Applications, Continuous and Discontinues Probability Distributions, Discrete Random Variable, Continuous Random Variable, Confidence Intervals, Normal Distributions, Testing Hypotheses.
