:
Course Description: This is an introductory course in statistics aimed at students from a wide range of disciplines. Topics covered include the representation and description of data, the normal curve, regression, probability, statistical inference, confidence intervals, and hypothesis testing with real-world applications. Students also have the opportunity to analyze data sets.

Variables and Types of Data, Data Collection and Sampling Techniques, Organizing Data Categorical Frequency Distributions Grouped Frequency Distributions, Box Blot, The Mean-Median and Mode and Weighted Mean, Range-Variance and Standard Deviation, Coefficient of Variation, Sample Spaces and Probability, The Addition Rules for Probability, The Multiplication Rules and Conditional Probability, Counting Rules, Probability and Counting Rules, Probability Distributions and Bernoulli Trails, The Binomial Distribution, Desecrate and Continuous Random Variables Distributions, Finding Areas Under the Standard Normal Distribution Curve, Type One Testing Hypothesis, Linear Regression Models, Least Square and Fitted Model.
