    It is an introductory course in statistics intended for students in a wide variety of areas of study. Topics discussed include displaying and describing data, the normal curve, regression, probability, statistical inference, confidence intervals, and hypothesis tests with applications in the real world. Students also have the opportunity to analyze data sets.

    Descriptive- Inferential Statistics and Variables and Types of Data, Data Collection and Sampling Techniques, Organizing Data Categorical Frequency Distributions Grouped Frequency Distributions, Box Plot -Stem and Leaf Plots, Measures of Central Tendency, The Weighted Mean and Distribution Shapes, Range- Variance -and Standard Deviations, Coefficient of Variation, Calculate Pearson's Simple Linear Correlation Coefficient and Linear Regression Equation, Sample Spaces and Probability, The Addition Rules for Probability, The Multiplication Rules and Conditional Probability, Counting Rules, Probability and Counting Rules, Probability Distributions and Mean-Variance-Standard Deviation, The Binomial Distribution, Finding Areas Under the Standard Normal Distribution Curve and Application, Testing Hypothesis.
