    It is an introductory course in statistics intended for students in a wide variety of areas of study. Topics discussed include displaying and describing data, the normal curve, regression, probability, statistical inference, confidence intervals, and hypothesis tests with applications in the real world. Students also have the opportunity to analyze data sets.

    Definition of Statistics and Classifying Statistics, Frequency Distributions and Data, Graphical Representation of Data, Clustered Frequency Distributions, Measures of Central Tendency, Measures of Variability, Covariance, Pearson Regression and Spearman Regression and Linear Regression, Definitions of Probability, Combination and Permutation, Probability Rules, Random Variable and Discrete Probability Distributions, Random Variable and Continuous Probability Distributions, Binomial Distributions.
